my birthday dinner with RJRJ Trying to be arty farty; I had this entry's pictures posted all in black & white (it makes my puffy eyes less obvious too). heehee... Dinner on National Day's eve with RJRJ (Reena, Josephine, Ruifang and me)! The food was far from fantastic but love the great company.     Voila! Its a passport holder. my Birthday weekend.
(1) Paris I hope I don't look too different in the pictures as I did not wear my big eye contact lens (it had some a crack causing great discomfort so I had to throw it away). And from the lack of sleep, my eyes are so puffy. *sigh*  Arc De Triomphe    amazingly bad puffy eyes.... (-_-)      check out my amazing Photoshop skills........     my birthday treat - mussels feast at Leon's  (2) Universal Studios Singapore Touched down in Singapore on Saturday morning at 7am. Slept at 9.15am, woke up at 1pm and off I head to Universal Studios at Sentosa. It was sis's Family Day and we got half-priced tickets. (Do pardon my make-up-less face)             Went home respectively to bath after the outing. It was uber hotness. Late ala carte steamboat dinner at Crystal Jade, Holland Village. We had 15 longs of Xiao Long Baos (Steamed Pork Dumpling) ok! (But of course, there were 8 of us - hubbie and me, sis and XR and XR's friends) The server was so sarcastic when he sent over the longs of Xiao Long Baos! *guffaws* Spent my birthday day rotting at home. Mommy was so sweet to cook crabs for me during lunch. Yummy yummy. Dinner was at Bedok85 with our favorite hotplate sambal sotong, barbeque chicken wings and the softest sesame tang yuan (glutinous rice ball). (3) Monday Belated birthday dinner treat from Eveffy BFF at Thai Express, Northpoint. She got me a MAC blusher and that allows me to strike off another item from my Wishlist. Thanks love! excited! Oh my god. I've just booked the air tickets for my daddy and mommy to Hong Kong (from 02-05Sep). Reena: Must share your itinerary with me when you're back! I am so so so so excited. Hubbie and I are gonna be their tour guide! Its my parents' first trip together on an AEROPLANE! And I'm taking them on the Airbus 380!! I feel that I'm more excited than they are..... saving July And yes, that's the little campaign for hubbie and I this month. We've been doing great so far. Dining out these days when in Singapore means, hawker food. No cafes or restaurants. =D My birthday is coming soon and its like so fast! Its been..... 14 years since I graduated from Naval Base Primary School, 10 years since I graduated from Naval Base Seconday School, 7 years since I graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic 7 years of working life Its like how fast can?!?! Moving forward, I need lots and lots good skincare and make up essentials! When I was younger, I don't really care much about my complexion. As I grow older, I see the need to. Been sometime since hubbie and I went town. Going to look for some decent wear for our upcoming Paris trip! (Great for the trip, sucky for work as the set's got uglee people. Don't care!) |
